Our mission statement is to attain a long-term client preference as a provider of premier construction services. We exist to fulfill business partner and employee needs through commitment to values of fairness, honesty and quality.

Company Profile

Commercial Carpentry Corp. has been focusing exclusively on the commercial construction market since 1984. We have vast experience in all phases of the commercial construction industry. We are active in renovations as well as new construction projects from multiple trades to minor repairs.

By employing crews of 25-30 carpenters and hiring more as needed we are able to service our customers to total satisfaction. We pride ourselves on being a professional commercial contractor. Our employees in the field and office take pride in their work and therefore produce a product second to none.

• Dennis Brown, President of Commercial Carpentry Corp. has been in the construction and carpentry business since his apprenticeship training that began in 1969. He worked for Caruso Builders for 11 years from 1973 to 1984. During the last five years of his employment his responsibilities included to overseeing the field and office operations. In 1984 he formed Commercial Carpentry Corp. and has built it into one of the areas best and most well know carpenter contractors.
Member of the Association of Subcontractors and Affiliates Board of Directors President June 2006 to June 2008.

Responsible for all estimating and office to field coordination

• Isabella Mason, Office Manager 14 years with the company
Responsible for all office administration work, payroll, union reports and accounting.

• Anthony Pratola, Field Superintendent 20 Years with the company,
Responsible for our field scheduling of manpower, equipment and materials.
Hiring of all field employees.

• Ed Kasdorf, Foreman 20 years with the company
Responsible for coordination of all tools and equipment to and from jobsites.
Responsible for onsite single project coordination of our work.
Direct onsite communication with owner and or contractor.

• Joe Zimmerman, Foreman 5 years with the company
